A native of Michigan, Greg started in real estate in the 1980’s selling off-site Resort
Real Estate in Florida, South Carolina and the Bahamas. Throughout that time, Greg spent years investing in and remodeling properties and has purchased and resold numerous residential, investment homes, residential building sites including land tracts to developers.
An Experienced Developer and Investor
Greg evolved his private investing to finding large land tracts and developing
residential building sites, putting in private roads and developing: including a 30 acre land site on a Private Lake. The projects grew to purchasing excavation equipment in the developmental process.
Officially becoming a resident of Florida in 2006 in Fort Myers and obtaining his Florida Broker Real Estate Licenses, and in 2008 settled in Oviedo.
Greg is a current member of the Orlando Regional Real Estate Association, MLS-Multiple Listing Services and the National Real Association, Realtor.com.
